About Me
I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor based in West Sussex, with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges. My approach is integrative, drawing from various theoretical perspectives to create a tailored therapy experience for each individual. I have completed additional training in trauma and body psychotherapy, enhancing my ability to address a wide range of concerns.

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy for individual adults of all ages. While I specialize in working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, trauma and loss, I also welcome clients seeking support for any other concerns they may have.

In our sessions, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. I believe in the power of active listening and collaboration, working alongside you to explore your experiences, thoughts and emotions. Together, we will uncover meanings, recognize patterns, and gain greater self-awareness. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, fostering personal growth and positive change.
Feel free to reach out to schedule a session or to learn more about how therapy can support you on your unique journey.
Please note that I am currently offering online sessions exclusively, providing convenient and accessible support to clients wherever they may be.
